Electronic forms, or eforms, are a very useful way for our customers to apply for services or request information from us, without needing to phone us or write to us. eforms can also be used internally within the Council, for example, for staff surveys. We use a product called AchieveForms to produce all our eforms. This product is also used by several other Surrey district councils.
To access all eforms that have been created you will need to login by clicking on the Intranet Login button located on the top right of the screen. If you are a publisher you can browse the forms here. You can search for any forms in the system by using the search box below.
